How do I obtain a copy of my receipt/invoice?

Go to the Account page and click "Print invoice(s)" to view your Order History, in which you will choose the order you would like to print.

Go to the Account page and choose "Review order(s) / track package(s)" to view your Order History, in which you will choose the order that you can compare with your financial records.

What are my payment choices?

All credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express) are accepted.

If you want to change your payment method, go to the Account Info page and then choose "Edit or delete a credit / debit card."

When will my credit card be charged?

Your credit card will be charged within 24 hours prior to the shipment of your item(s).

When will my credit for returned items appear on my account?

Credits usually take 7-10 business days from the time we receive your returned item(s).
